Training Requirements

Elaine Rosi Academy has well-qualified teachers that shoot for the stars! Our educators don’t just meet the state’s 12 hours of continued education, they exceed it by completing 18 hours, diving into courses crafted just for their expertise.

We understand the importance of safety for your little ones, so our entire team is required to complete CPR and First Aid certification every year.

The post employment requirements of Elaine Rosi Academy are to have a physical by a doctor and a TB test within 30 days of employment. Two Hepatitis A vaccinations are also required by Elaine Rosi Academy, the first is required to be done within two weeks of employment and the second is due 6 months to 1 year after. All costs for these requirements will be covered by the employee.

Referrals

When a currently employed teacher refers another amazing educator to join our esteemed Elaine Rosi Academy team, we reward them with $300 after that teacher has been successfully employed for 90 days.
